At Puriton there are many opportunities for fun bowls- it's not all about intense competition. Many bowlers enjoy a more casual and social activity. Even the most competitive enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and inclusivity of roll-ups or friendly get togethers.
We offer the following:-
'The Umbrella' (in Winter) and 'The Parasol' (in Summer):These roll-ups take place on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6pm to 8pm. All are welcome and we draw for teams and positions. Everyone gets a go at everything from Number 1 to Skip!
Sunday rollups- again casual, just turn up and play, starts at 10 a.m.
Individual friendlies- just phone your friends arrange a time, book a rink and turn up and play. Simple!
